We put our house on the market this week.  After some painting and cleaning, it looks really nice inside and out.  Hopefully, it will sell fairly soon and we can move to our new home.  Of course, we don't know where we're moving yet, but we'll burn that bridge when we come to it.  We are looking in Winston-Salem and the Richmond area and we've seen some good stuff.  Unfortunately, we are going to sell before we buy, so we can't look too seriously until we get a contract on our house.
